Prepare materials

Separate egg whites and yolks

Add sugar to the egg yolks

Use a hand mixer to beat evenly

Add the milk in three batches and stir evenly until it is completely combined with the egg yolk

Add corn oil in three batches and stir evenly to avoid separation of oil and liquid. Add the next batch after each time is completely blended. Do not use too much force

Sift the flour (cake flour and cocoa powder) twice into the egg yolk liquid, stir into a uniform cocoa egg yolk batter, and set aside. When stirring, use the turning technique and do not draw circles

Add fresh lemon juice to the egg whites

Use a whisk to beat the egg whites at medium-low speed until the fish is frothy, add 1/3 white sugar

Beat at medium or medium-high speed. When the egg whites begin to thicken and form a milky foam, add the remaining 1/2 of the sugar

Continue to beat at medium-high speed until there are obvious patterns and they will not disappear when you lift the whisk. Add the last sugar

Continue to beat at medium-high speed until the tip of the whisk stands straight and forms dry peaks

Put 1/3 of the egg white into the cocoa yolk batter

Mix evenly and stir without making circles

Pour the mixed batter into the remaining egg whites

Stir evenly, being careful not to draw circles to avoid defoaming

Put in a 6-inch grinding tool and shake it a few times to remove large bubbles

Put it into the preheated oven and put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat at 150 degrees for 50 minutes. I used a Galanz oven and the temperature felt slightly higher

Immediately shake it a few times after taking it out of the oven, and then place it upside down on a cake drying rack to prevent the cake from collapsing (I forgot to take pictures of this step)

After the cake has cooled, remove it from the mold with a molding knife and cut the cake into three even slices from the side

Cut the fruit for cake and set aside

Whip the whipping cream until it is ready for decorating

Invert the top slice of cake to make a base, spread with whipped cream, and put a layer of fruit

Top the fruits with cream

Place the second piece of cake, cover it with fruit, and fill it with fresh cream
