Slice the meat, cut the carrots and peppers into diamond-shaped slices, cut the green onions into finely chopped pieces, and slice the garlic

Break the cauliflower into small florets, soak in water and salt for a while, then wash with clean water

Put water in the pot and boil

Add cauliflower and blanch it

Cool the blanched cauliflower in cold water to remove excess water
