Low-sugar soy milk snack packs
Overview
I made half a cup of soy milk for breakfast, so I made a plate of refreshing small meal buns with the peanut butter given by Xixi. I really like it. As expected, bread still tastes like bread to me~~

Mix all the ingredients in the dough ingredients, knead into a smooth dough and continue kneading to the expansion stage

Put it into a container, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in an environment of 25-28 degrees for basic fermentation

Ferment until doubled in size

Take out the fermented dough and press to release the air

After weighing, divide into 6 small doughs

After rolling, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes

Take a piece of relaxed dough, smooth side down and roll it into an oval
