Fried tofu balls
Overview
Very delicious tofu balls, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They are even more delicious when dipped in some salt and pepper.

Ingredients: tofu, pork filling, scallions, ginger.

Chop onion and ginger separately.

Put the chopped onions and ginger into a large container together with the tofu and pork fillings, add five-spice powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.

Grip evenly and add two tablespoons of starch.

Add starch and mix well again to form tofu puree, beat until slightly stiffened

Use your left hand to grab an appropriate amount of mashed tofu and release the meatballs from the tiger's mouth, and use your right hand to remove them with a spoon.

Put it in a 50% to 60% hot oil pan and fry.

Fry until golden brown and take out.
