Shredded red oil lettuce
Overview
My husband and children often like to buy bagged shredded red oil bamboo shoots in the supermarket as a side dish to go with porridge. The red oil is bright red and not spicy. I wonder if something has been added to it. There are also those preservatives. Although it says absolutely free of preservatives, I wonder if it really does not. Ever since my mother and I learned how to make non-spicy red oil, haha, it has become very convenient to make this side dish. Lettuce contains a small amount of iodine, which has a significant impact on people's basic metabolism, mental and physical development, and even emotional regulation. Therefore, lettuce has a sedative effect, and regular consumption can help relieve tension and help sleep. It is very rich in fluorine, which can participate in the growth of teeth and bones. Therefore, I no longer restrict my children from eating this homemade shredded red oil lettuce, because it is healthy and it doesn’t matter how much they eat.
