Add all ingredients except butter to bread machine bucket

Start the kneading program to knead the dough

After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add the softened butter and continue kneading for two steps

Until the dough can be pulled out of the film by hand

Ferment for about 40 minutes until the dough doubles in size

Take out the dough, deflate it, and divide it into small pieces of the same weight

Wrap in appropriate amount of coconut filling to close

Use a rolling pin to roll it into an oval shape, and make a few cuts across the middle

Press one side and roll the other side to one side

Place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven to ferment for half an hour

Take out the fermented bread and brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface

Put the oven in the middle rack again and heat it up and down at 180 degrees for 18 minutes

Bake the surface until the desired color. Cool until no longer hot to touch and store in a sealed container.

To make coconut filling, melt the butter into a liquid state, add powdered sugar and egg liquid and mix well

Add grated coconut and mix well to form coconut filling.
