Local snacks---Xianshi
Overview
Xianshi has many names, and they are called differently in different places. When I was young, it was called noodles. Later, when I went to other places, some people called it Xianshi, some called it small cakes, and some called it soft cakes. When I was a child, noodle pancakes were made of white flour, water and salt. As living standards improved, people began to add ingredients, and it gradually evolved into what it is today.
