Cranberry Nougat
Overview
I used salted butter so I didn't add salt. If you like peanuts, you can add more. Be sure to use a non-stick pan and keep the heat low throughout the process.

Preparation materials: chopped cranberries. Mine were chopped cooked peanuts, so I didn’t roast them. I used salted butter, and no sugar was added during the frying process

Heat butter until melted

Add the melted butter to the marshmallows and stir-fry over low heat

Add milk powder to melted marshmallows

Add peanuts and cranberry prunes

Mix all the ingredients and pour them onto the prepared oil-absorbing paper

Use a rolling pin to roll out the sugar and compact it, let it cool and then cut into pieces

Wrap the cut nougat in sugar paper and put it in the refrigerator to chill when you want to eat it
