  1. Remove the stems of the fungus and tear it into small pieces

  2. Tear the cabbage into small pieces, add a little salt, put it in a plastic bag and shake well (taste first & shrink the volume)

  3. Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant

  4. Add dried chili peppers and sauté until fragrant, add 2 tablespoons of water and boil the chili peppers (to release the spiciness)

  5. Add the fungus and stir-fry, add vinegar & sugar, stir-fry until flavourful

  6. Increase the heat and stir-fry the cabbage evenly, taste and season (sugar, vinegar, salt), then plate and serve.
