Overview
The fungus torn into slices tastes plump and soft, and paired with crispy cabbage for quick stir-frying, perfect score. If you don’t like spicy food, try sweet and sour or sweet and sour (+ tomato sauce).

Remove the stems of the fungus and tear it into small pieces

Tear the cabbage into small pieces, add a little salt, put it in a plastic bag and shake well (taste first & shrink the volume)

Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant

Add dried chili peppers and sauté until fragrant, add 2 tablespoons of water and boil the chili peppers (to release the spiciness)

Add the fungus and stir-fry, add vinegar & sugar, stir-fry until flavourful

Increase the heat and stir-fry the cabbage evenly, taste and season (sugar, vinegar, salt), then plate and serve.
