Wash the chicken gizzards.

Cut the chicken gizzards into strips, cut the peppers into diagonal strips, cut the pickled peppers into sections, and dice the garlic.

Heat oil in pan.

Add chicken gizzards and stir-fry.

When it changes color, add the diced chili and garlic.

Add a spoonful of chopped chilies.
