Roasting large shrimps in the oven is easier and more flavorful. You can choose the flavor you like, such as spicy, garlic, black bean, etc. This time I made grilled shrimps with black pepper. The spiciness of black pepper and the freshness of shrimps are very delicious.

Cut off the long beards of large shrimps, pick out the shrimp lines, and rinse them under running water.

Cut onion, ginger and garlic into small slices, prepare black pepper, oyster sauce and Shaoxing wine.

Put the shrimp into a large bowl, add onion, ginger, garlic, oyster sauce, black pepper and Shaoxing wine.

Mix well and then pour in the olive oil.

Mix thoroughly and marinate for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, place the shrimps on the baking sheet and pour the marinated sauce on top.

Place in the preheated oven, middle rack, 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, whirlwind mode, bake for 20 minutes.
