Steps

  1. All ingredients: half a gelatine sheet, four sampa biscuits, a box of yogurt, and half a dragon fruit.

  2. Soak the gelatine sheets until soft and steam them over water.

  3. Crush the sampa biscuits with a rolling pin and spread on the bottom layer.

  4. Spread a layer of dragon fruit on the biscuit crumbs.

  5. Pour the yogurt into the melted gelatine sheets and stir evenly.

  6. Pour the mixed yogurt into a cup and spread a layer of biscuit crumbs on top of the yogurt.

  7. Spread another layer of dragon fruit puree on the biscuit crumbs.

  8. Shape it into three layers and put it in the refrigerator for two hours. When eating, put some nuts on the top to make it more delicious!
