Chocolate Brownie
Overview
A bread machine can make bread, but how about making cakes? This afternoon I tried to use the bread machine to make a chocolate nut cake that was sweet, soft and delicious. I am usually busy with work every day and don’t have much time to make snacks. During the Chinese New Year break, I made some snacks at home to share the joy of the festival with my family

All ingredients: cake flour, eggs, chocolate, walnut kernels (cooked) raisins, corn oil, baking powder, yogurt

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks and store them in clean, water-free and oil-free containers

Beat the egg yolks and add the yogurt and mix well

Break the chocolate into small pieces

Melt chocolate in microwave

Add the chocolate sauce to the egg yolk batter and stir well

Whipped chocolate egg yolk paste

Sift the flour into the egg yolk batter twice

Stir up and down with a spatula to form a batter

Beat the egg whites, add a small spoonful of white vinegar to remove the fishy smell and beat until it forms a rough foam. Add sugar in three batches and beat the egg whites into stiff peaks

Add the beaten egg whites to the batter in three batches

Add the egg whites and mix the batter

Sift in two tablespoons of baking powder and stir up and down

Add appropriate amount of corn oil and nuts and stir evenly

Brush the inside of the bread machine's heated dough barrel with a layer of corn oil, shake out the bubbles from the mixed cake batter and pour it into the bread machine barrel

Select bake function to bake cake
