Cut the beef into cubes, slice the ginger and simmer in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.

Peel and cut potatoes and onions into cubes, and cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside.

Heat the oil pan, pour in corn oil, add onions and potatoes and stir-fry for one minute.

Stir-fry tomatoes evenly, add tomatoes, potatoes, onions and stew with beef for 15 minutes, add a little salt.
