Toothpick meat
Overview
This toothpick meat is extra large. I love eating meat, and I find it most enjoyable to eat meat in large gulps. The meat is cut into large pieces, and several toothpicks break off when I skewer it. It doesn’t matter if you fold the toothpick, you can’t stop the delicious taste.

Wash the pork and cut into pieces.

Put the pieces of meat into a container and add salt.

Add sugar.

Add light soy sauce.

Add dark soy sauce.

Add cooking wine.

Add sweet flour sauce, mix well and marinate for several hours.

Use toothpicks to skewer the marinated meat pieces into toothpick meat cubes.

Put the toothpick meat cubes into the air fryer basket lined with oil paper.

Put the frying basket into the air fryer, set the temperature and time, and stop the frying machine.

Remove and enjoy.
