  1. Chop the onion and ginger into mince and add to the meat filling.

  2. After mixing evenly in one direction, add an egg and mix evenly.

  3. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, and stir evenly.

  4. Put the prepared meat filling into a piping bag.

  6. Poke a small hole in the oily gluten and poke it with chopsticks, but don't poke it too much. Put the piping bag into the hole and squeeze in the meat filling. Make sure the meat filling is fully filled.
