Overview
Hey, a relatively innovative bread, it looks like a pineapple bun, but the texture and taste are worlds apart~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Fry the peanuts, peel them, and cut them into small pieces.
-
First, beat the crispy butter and icing sugar with a hand whisk until fluffy and white.
-
Add the whole egg mixture in two batches and mix well.
-
Add sifted cake flour and mix well.
-
Add chopped peanuts and stir evenly.
-
Put the dough ingredients into the bread bucket and set aside the honey beans.
-
Use the 1352AE bread machine to knead the dough menu, and time it for 30 minutes.
-
The dough will coat thinly with gloves. (I used this bread machine to make dough out of 100 points, and never failed.)
-
Take out the dough and roll it into a ball, cover it with a glass bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.
-
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll into balls.
-
Wrap each piece of dough with about 20 honey beans.
-
Place it on a 28*28 gold plate, with 5 pieces on each plate.
-
Put it in Dongling K30A oven for fermentation. Time 45 minutes.
-
Use a one-time squeeze bag to cut the puff pastry, and squeeze the puff pastry onto the surface of the fermented dough.
-
Place in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, with the upper tube at 170 degrees and the lower tube at 160 degrees.
-
You're done.
