Fried rice soaked in bone broth
Overview
Fried rice is our local specialty snack in Anqing. Last time I went back to my hometown, I specially stocked up on some fried rice. Today I made a pork rib soup with fried rice. It is full of memories and it is simply a hometown delicacy on the tip of the tongue.

Have ingredients ready for later use.

Wash the large bones, put water in the pot and pour a spoonful of cooking wine.
