Drunk waist flower
Overview
If this drunken waist flower dish is my specialty, it is better said to be one of my family's reserved dishes. My grandfather is a scholar (passed away at the age of 99). He has tasted many delicious and special dishes and is very particular about eating. This dish is not only tender, but also has a crispy feeling when chewed. Adding sesame oil makes it even more fragrant.

Rinse with clean water for about 30 minutes

Add boiling water to the pot. It is enough to feel that the boiling water can cover the kidneys

After the water boils, add the kidney flowers, keep the fire high, stir the kidney flowers with chopsticks

When the color of the isosloes turns white or there are a few small bubbles on the water surface, take it out of the pot and drain the water. The time from when the kidney flowers are put in the pot to when it is taken out of the pot is about 15 seconds
