Stir-fried white shrimps with vegetables

My mother-in-law gave me an unknown large green vegetable. She said it was rapeseed, but I didn’t look like it. Anyway, no matter what kind of dish it is, as long as it is edible.

Wash green vegetables.

Cut into sections and place the stems separately.

Chop onion and ginger.

Clean the white shrimps.

Boil water in a pot.

Blanch the vegetable stems.
