Steps
-
Choose an appropriate amount of the tenderest plum meat among the pork. My baby is ten months old, so I made it for half a month, which is almost a pound. Add appropriate amount of rock sugar and salt to the pot, put the meat in and cook for about 20 minutes
-
Take out the cooked meat and let it cool slightly (note: if it is an older baby, you don’t need to cook it too much). Pour it into the Obel mixing cup and mince it
-
Pour a little olive oil into the pot, pour the minced meat into the pot, turn it over low heat, and use chopsticks to stir evenly to avoid burning
-
Stir-fry until slightly yellow and slightly dry, and it's almost ready to serve. If you have a big baby, it can be a little dry
-
Homemade pork floss can be added to porridge, noodles and other foods. It is nutritious, delicious and hygienic.
