Cut dry tofu into thick strips, cut pork belly into thin slices, slice green onion and ginger, wash and shred cabbage

Heat the pan, add the oil, add the onion, ginger, pepper, and pork belly and slowly stir-fry over low heat until the oil turns slightly yellow

Remove the stir-fried oil to avoid greasiness

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add chicken stock cubes

Add dry tofu, light soy sauce, oil, pepper and salt to taste and simmer for 5-8 minutes until the soup thickens and turn off the heat
