"Carrot" tofu and shrimp skin mixed with fruit radish
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer without a doctor’s prescription. I bought a lot of fruit radishes myself, and others gave me some fruit radishes. Such radish would be a waste of resources if not eaten raw. Therefore, I mostly wash it and eat it directly, just like eating fruit. A small amount of time is spent cooking. In order to prevent the vitamins from being destroyed, most of the cooking is done cold and seasoned. Sweet and sour fruit radish is my family’s long-standing winter vegetable. For a change today, mix in some salty radish.
