Condensed milk steamed buns
Overview
When making white flour steamed buns, I like to add some condensed milk. The resulting steamed buns are full of milk flavor and you won’t get tired of eating them... delicious!

Prepare flour and condensed milk

Mix all the ingredients evenly and knead into a smooth dough

Place the dough into a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave in a warm place to ferment

The dough rises until doubled in size and forms a honeycomb shape

Take out the dough to deflate and knead it again until smooth

Shape into long strips

Cut into 30 grams into a uniform small portion

Put it into a steamer, leaving a gap in the middle, cover the pot, let it rise again for 20 minutes, put cold water in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for another 3-5 minutes.
