  6. Shape into long strips

  7. Cut into 30 grams into a uniform small portion

  8. Put it into a steamer, leaving a gap in the middle, cover the pot, let it rise again for 20 minutes, put cold water in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and steam for another 3-5 minutes.
