Garlic mutton slices
Overview
Mutton is warm in nature and is most suitable for consumption in winter. Tender and flavourful garlic lamb slices, stir-fry over high heat and be on the table in minutes!

Lamb slices.

Add salt, pepper, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and corn starch to the mutton slices.

Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan, add mutton slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry.

Stir-fry the mutton slices until they change color, add white wine, dark soy sauce, and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sugar, a little vinegar and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
