Overview
Shiitake mushrooms are our most common ingredient and are rich in nutritional value. This is a very delicious home-cooked dish. It looks like a rich red sauce, but it tastes fresh and sweet. If you like it, you can try it. If you don’t like sweetness, you don’t need to add sugar

Wash and slice the mushrooms

Wash the scallions, then cut the scallion whites and leaves separately

Heat oil in a hot pan and add green onion until fragrant

Put the mushrooms into the pot, add a little boiling water and stir-fry until fragrant

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Add sugar to enhance flavor
