Milk biscuits
Overview
I've been doing some baking lately. There are many baking materials at home. This has been done for more than half a month. Never got around to it. I quickly made up for it while I had a rest today. It's okay to eat occasionally when the weather is hot.

The butter is well weighed. Milk powder is ready. Condensed milk is ready.

Melt the butter at room temperature and beat it slightly with a whisk, add the milk powder and condensed milk. Beat well.

Sift in cake flour.

Knead into a dough with your hands. Arrange into a rectangle. Place in the refrigerator to freeze for an hour.

Take it out and cut into 2-3 cm slices. Place evenly on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.

Preheat the oven to 120° and bake for 25 minutes.

Canned after cooling.
