[Sea Cucumber, Snow Lotus and Papaya Boat]: Sweet sugar water for beautiful women
Overview
The condition of the skin really has a great impact on a woman's visual age. When I first started working, when I was still a young girl who could squeeze out water, I heard the aunties in my workplace often saying that I need to supplement collagen as I get older. At that time, because I was young, I didn't have a deep understanding of it, and I didn't care about it at all. But in the past few years, when I sit in front of the computer every day, I clearly feel that the condition of my skin is not as good as before. Slowly, I began to consciously add as much collagen as possible in my daily diet. As we all know, the collagen content of sea cucumbers is quite high, but I have not come into contact with it much before. In my daily life, what I eat more often is white fungus and snow lotus seeds, basically at least 2 or 3 times a week. Because compared to sea cucumbers, these two ingredients are relatively easy to obtain. Since I got sea cucumber this time, I naturally want to experience what my friends say is the holy delicacy for reducing age~~ So, this sweet soup combines all my favorite ingredients, including papaya, coix seed, snow lotus seeds, tremella, and a new classmate, sea cucumber. Needless to say, the benefits of papaya and barley are great for whitening, slimming, moisturizing and beautifying the skin! The three age-reducing swordsmen of snow lotus seeds, white fungus and sea cucumber make this sugar water even more moisturizing. If you drink like this often, it will be difficult to think about not being beautiful, right? (Amounts are for reference only, the following amounts are for one person)

Steps
-
Prepare all materials;
-
Soak snow lotus seeds, coix seed, and white fungus separately, preferably one night in advance;
-
Put enough water into the casserole, put the white fungus into the pot first, bring it to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour;
-
After soaking, the volume of soaked snow lotus seeds will increase 5 to 6 times, and the color will become white and almost transparent;
-
Add snow lotus seeds to the casserole;
-
Add barley and continue to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes;
-
During this time, we can carve a flower for the papaya. First, use a knife to lightly mark the mark to be carved on about 1/3 of the upper part of the papaya;
-
Use a sharp knife to carve along the traces and gently separate the papaya;
-
Use a small spoon to remove the seeds from the papaya. You can dig out some of the papaya flesh from the larger part to make the interior space larger, but be careful not to dig it all the way through;
-
Take an appropriate amount of stewed snow lotus seeds, white fungus and coix seed, put them into a papaya bowl, and put some rock sugar at the same time;
-
After the sea cucumber is defrosted naturally, blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds;
-
Take it out immediately, put it in a papaya cup, and add some wolfberry seeds;
-
Cover the papaya cup with plastic wrap (I later thought it would be better to cover it with a lid) and poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap;
-
Put in a steamer, turn on the steam, then turn to low heat and steam until the papaya is cooked. Put the freshly cut lid in and steam it together. I steamed it for about 25 minutes;
-
Take it out and eat it hot. You can also drizzle some honey when eating.
