We add the pork skin, onion, cooking wine and ginger and cook over high heat for 20-30 minutes.

Shred the peppers and set aside

Pour the cooked pork skin through boiling water to wash away the scum

Cut the skin into shreds and set aside

Pour oil into a hot pan, add an appropriate amount of Pixian bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil appears

Add onions

Pour in the pork skin and stir-fry

Add dark soy sauce and a little sugar

Stir-fry evenly and add the chili peppers and continue to stir-fry

Taste the taste before serving. If it is light, add a little more salt. The process should be quick.
