Animal Chocolate Layer Cake
Overview
Rich chocolate cake base, paired with smooth chestnut jam, with a hint of nutty flavor from crunchy walnuts. Layer cakes made into animal shapes are both delicious and cute. The ingredients for chestnut jam are not in the ingredient list. The ingredients for chestnut jam are: 120g chestnuts (peeled), 10g butter, 75g light cream, 10g white sugar and a pinch of salt. Put them together in a food processor and beat into a sauce. That's it.
