Overview
Mengzi rice cake, one of the specialties of Yunnan, is given to me by friends during the Chinese New Year. I eat rice cakes in various ways, slice them, fry them lightly until they are browned on both sides, cut them into pieces, and steam them until they are soft. They do not require complicated processing, and they are delicious simply.
