  1. Use toothpicks to prick the chicken legs 🍗 to make them more flavorful when adding seasonings

  2. Marinate ginger, garlic, salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, and black pepper for 20 minutes (if you like spicy food, you can marinate with chili powder)
