Add flour to water to form a dough, add a moist towel and let it rest for an hour

Chop the leeks, fry the eggs, and stir-fry the shrimp skin for a while (the fried shrimp skin will be more fragrant), add a little salt and sesame oil

Take a piece of flour and roll it into a round cake, add leek filling, then put it together and knead some lace (I knead it ugly...haha)

Put a little bit of oil in the pot and dry-fry (remember to use low heat) otherwise it will burn
