Ingredients preparation: 300g mushrooms; 20g green onions; 5g ginger; 5g soy sauce; 3g sugar; 3g salt; 2g MSG;

Pull the mushrooms apart, break them into small pieces, and rinse them with clean water;

Pour the mushrooms into a pot of boiling water, blanch them for about 2 minutes, then remove them and set aside;

Cut onion and ginger into shreds, pour into 70% hot oil pan, stir-fry;

Pour the blanched and drained mushrooms into the pot, add soy sauce, sugar, salt and MSG; stir-fry;

Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes and serve.
