Overview

Usually when eating eggplant, I fry it in oil first, but it always feels a little greasy. Today I made a hot mixed eggplant, which is delicious and refreshing.

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Cut the eggplant in half with a knife and make a few more cuts without nicking the skin.
