Milky, bean flavor, sweet, super delicious. (Bean dregs are leftover from making soy milk, turning waste into treasure. You don’t need to put them if you don’t have bean dregs.)

Stir the bean dregs, eggs, starch, flour, sugar and yogurt together evenly. Don't be too thin, and don't be too dry. Use flour to equalize the dryness.

Put a little oil in the pan, pour the batter into the flat pan, and fry until both sides are golden brown.
