It's cold, a steaming bun, full of happiness and love for your family. Steamed buns are an indispensable part of breakfast. Make your own steamed buns with meat at home and add a little carrot. It is a favorite of children and is also nutritious and healthy.

Mix flour, water and yeast into a smooth dough;

Let the dough rest and ferment until it doubles in size;

Wash and chop the lean meat, mix with salt, oil, soy sauce and ginger and marinate for 10 minutes;

Wash and chop the carrots, add and mix well;

Knead and deflate the fermented dough, then knead it into a smooth long strip again and divide it into six equal parts;

Roll out the dough thinly;

Add carrot meat filling and tighten the mouth;

Place edible gauze on the steamer, put the wrapped buns in, and let sit for 10 minutes; PS: Leave enough space for the buns themselves, as the steamed buns will become larger.

Put it into the pot and steam for 18 minutes; PS: The steaming time will be different depending on the size of the fire.

After steaming the buns, turn off the heat and open the lid after 3 minutes.
