  1. Pour red wine into the plums and soak for about ten minutes.

  4. Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot, add ginger slices and scallion segments and stir-fry over low heat until browned, remove the scallion segments and ginger slices.

  7. Pour in the brewed red wine plums (along with the red wine), then add hot water until the ribs are covered, add a little salt and dark soy sauce and bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

  8. Cook until the soup becomes less, then turn to high heat and reduce until the soup is almost dry.
