Steamed Pumpkin with Sydney Lily, Red Dates
Overview
Since Beijing entered December, it has issued two smog red alerts! It's winter now, so we want to ensure that our family gets good health care under such weather conditions. I made a healthy dessert suitable for all ages: steamed pear, lily, red dates and pumpkin. Sydney moisturizes the lungs and removes dryness, detoxifies and reduces internal heat. It is paired with dried lily, which can also detoxify and strengthen the stomach and spleen. It is steamed with pumpkin (rich in carotene and minerals) and red dates (rich in multiple vitamins), which have immunity-boosting effects. It not only retains the nutrition of the ingredients, but also has a very good taste. The whole family likes it very much!
