Custard filling
Overview
I made custard filling once last year, but the texture was rough and I wasn't very satisfied with it. I found a new recipe this year, and I was very careful every step of the way when making it. The result is still very satisfactory. At least it’s much better than the previous recipe!

Weigh all the flour and put it in a bowl!

After the butter has softened, stir well with a whisk, then add the caster sugar and stir evenly again!

Then add the egg liquid in 3 batches, stirring each time before adding the next batch!

Then add it to the milk and stir well

Use a sieve to sift all the flour into the bowl

Mix well

After the water is heated in the steamer, put the custard paste on top and steam it, stirring constantly with a whisk in the middle!

Stir until cooked and a lot of small balls form, then turn off the heat.

Finally, take out the steamer and mix it into a dough!
