Prepare the ingredients: kohlrabi is very salty and needs to be soaked in advance to remove some of the saltiness, and the bacon is boiled in water and washed thoroughly.

Slice bacon and set aside.

Prepare the ginger, pat it flat, wash the garlic and pat it to release the flavor.

Take the rice cooker pot and put a layer of bacon first.

Add another layer of kohlrabi.

Then add another layer of bacon.

Finally, spread a layer of kohlrabi, add ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sugar.

Finally add half a bowl of water.

Just press the normal cooking button, wait for the rice cooker to automatically jump to keep warm, and simmer for a while.

Use chopsticks to flip it half way through for better flavor.

A very fragrant and delicious meal is completed. It is great with rice, porridge and steamed buns.
