Steps
-
These corn flakes are from the supermarket. They are raw. Grab two small handfuls of corn flakes and spread them flat on a plate. Heat them in the microwave for one minute. If you eat a lot, heat them for a while. The cooked corn flakes will be crispy
-
Put the cooked corn flakes into a bowl or a Lock and Lock glass crisper, and add an appropriate amount of oatmeal (I use Quaker). Don’t put too much oatmeal, as it will absorb water and swell, and you won’t be able to eat it by then
-
I use a milk powder spoon like this, about 5 spoons of oats
-
Put some raisins, or dried cranberries, or various dried fruits
-
Pour in pure milk, (yoghurt is also acceptable), cover with a lid or cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate overnight, then warm it slightly the next morning and eat
-
Oats are filling, so you don’t need to add a lot of them. I don’t add sugar here either. The raisins are sweet
-
This is very suitable for eating when losing fat. You can feel full without adding fat
