Put flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a large bowl, add chicken liquid and appropriate amount of warm water, stir with chopsticks into cotton wool, finally add corn oil, stir evenly and place in a warm place to ferment for 2 hours.

Cut the onions into small pieces, drain them with kitchen paper and set aside.

Slice the sausage first, then dice it and set aside.

Cut the dough into sections and place on the baking sheet for secondary fermentation for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, put the dough that has been fermented for the second time, and put it on the lower layer at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

After waiting for 15 minutes, take out the baking sheet and place it on top to continue baking.
