Kunbo Casserole——Barbecued Pork
Overview
I am a true carnivore and I especially love eating meat. But there is a problem. I don’t eat fatty meat, so every time I cook meat, I feed it to my brother. But I usually choose to stir-fry lean meat, so I used this casserole to make this long-craving barbecued pork dish.

Cut the pork into three equal-sized thick strips.

Crush the garlic into a puree, add the other ingredients to the meat, mix well, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Line a steaming rack in the pot with tin foil and place the meat on it. Heat on low heat for 40-50 minutes. Remember to do the opposite during this period.
