I always like to buy some purple sweet potatoes every time I go to the supermarket. I always think they are very beautiful, especially after they are steamed. I like the color very much and it seems to have a mysterious feeling...

Slices of purple sweet potato are steamed in a pot, then mashed into a puree while hot

Add milk in two portions and mix well

Knead the dough in a bread machine until the film can be pulled out, ferment until it is 2.5 times larger, remove and deflate, divide into 6 equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 15 minutes in between

Take a piece of dough and roll it into an oval shape, add purple sweet potato puree

Wrap the purple sweet potato puree, turn it over, with the seam facing down

Roll into an oval shape and cut in the middle

Twist your hands in opposite directions and put the paper holder

Leave to ferment in the oven for a final 35 minutes until doubled in size. Brush the surface with egg wash at 190 degrees for 20 minutes
