Overview

The matsutake mushrooms cooked at home are really delicious! I always buy chopped matsutake from the store, clean it when I come back, add aniseed and simmer it slowly with salad oil. The oil that comes out is matsutake oil, and the matsutake becomes oily matsutake! It’s delicious when grilling eggplant! This is my daughter’s favorite dish!

  1. Clean the eggplant

  3. Heat a pan with slightly better oil than you usually use for cooking, sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant
