Cilantro Ham Pancakes

Overview

Coriander is usually used as an ingredient and a slight garnish, but never as the main ingredient. I bought too much this time and couldn't consume it, so I tried to use it to make pancakes. Unexpectedly, it tasted very fresh and fragrant. Even my daughter who doesn't usually eat coriander said it was delicious.
