Prepare food

Add the glutinous rice, Sichuan peppercorns, dried red pepper and star anise to a pot and stir-fry over low heat until the rice turns golden brown, take it out and let it cool

Grind it into powder with a grinder

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces
