Braised chicken wings
Overview
Many friends find braised food difficult to make. In fact, as long as you have a box of old brine, you can easily do it! Every time you pour out the remaining marinade, filter it and save it as old marinade. When you use it next time, just take it out of the refrigerator.

Steps
-
Cut the fresh chicken wings into sections and soak them in water for an hour to remove the blood.
-
Marinate the chicken wings with minced ginger, scallions, one spoonful of marinated powder, and two tablespoons of straw mushroom soy sauce. The marinating time is a bit long, usually 3 hours is enough. I prefer to marinate it at night before going to bed and cook it the next morning.

This is my old marinade. After each brine, filter and remove the residue, boil and store in a box.
-
Add appropriate amount of water and boil the old brine.
-
Add marinated chicken wings.
-
After boiling once, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer slowly for about 25 minutes.
-
After 25 minutes, it was ready.
-
I will let the meat soak like this to add more flavor and color to the meat.
-
Just take it out when you eat.
-
It tastes good!

Don't forget to reduce the juice of the brine slightly, filter it and store it as old brine.
