Wash the white black fish bought from Greedy Mao, cut into fillets, drain and set aside.

Chop the coriander; slice the garlic and ginger, and put them in a bowl with the star anise, cinnamon, and chili.

Add one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of dark soy sauce, three spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of cooking wine, 1/4 spoon of sugar to the ginger and garlic bowl, add half a bowl of water and mix well.

Cut tofu into cubes.

Dip both sides of the fish fillets with water and starch. Heat a pan, add three tablespoons of oil, add fish fillets, and fry on both sides until lightly browned. Add the sauce and bring to a boil over high heat.
